What is Aquahouse Loyalty?
Aquahouse Loyalty is Aquahouse Thermal & Beach loyalty program.
The program allows its members to take advantage of additional discounts for all services in the complex. The amount of discount you can use depends on your level in the program:
• Basic (with realized turnover in the complex over BGN 100) – 10% discount on all services in the complex
• Classic (with realized turnover in the complex over BGN 499) – 15% discount on all services in the complex
• Exclusive (at a turnover in the complex over BGN 1500) – 20% discount on all services in the complex
You also get:
• Guaranteed access to the car park and Comfort dressers (for Classic and Exclusive cardholders)
• As a member of the Aquahouse Thermal & Beach loyalty program, you will be able to receive information about special promotional offers, news about future events, bonuses and other preferences. *
* For this purpose, we must have received in your completed application form your explicit consent to the use of the personal data provided by you for the marketing purposes of Aquahouse Thermal & Beach.
The Aquahouse Loyalty card’s preferential conditions are not combined with other current promotions of Aquahouse Thermal & Beach
Aquahouse Loyalty Membership Terms
Each guest at Aquahouse Thermal & Beach has the right to become a member of Aquahouse Loyalty after the first visit to the complex and use of any of our services.
For this purpose it is necessary to fill in the Application for the issuance of a loyalty card.
General conditions for using the Aquahouse Loyalty card
1. Aquahouse Loyalty card is issued by and remains the property of Karachi EAD
2. The issuance of the AquahouseLoyalty Card club card is made after filling in the Card Issuance Application signed by the Cardholder and presented personally at the reception desk at Aquahouse Thermal & Beach.
4. The application for issuance of a card is individual
5. Members of the program may be adult individuals. An individual who is a member of Aquahouse Loyalty has the right to receive a personal card and is entitled to only one loyalty card.
6. The Aquahouse Loyalty card privileges are only used when presenting a card and an identity card.
7. Each new member receives his / her Aquahouse Loyalty Card on site at Aquahouse Thermal & Beach upon filling in the Application Form for membership.
8. Issuing the card is free of charge.
9. In the event that a club card is lost, stolen or destroyed, the cardholder must contact our Customer Relations Department at the earliest opportunity, tel: +359 52 812 812, firstname.lastname@example.org
Aquahouse Thermal & Beach shall not be liable for any misconduct or misuse of third parties with the individual loyalty card for the period from the occurrence of theft, loss or destruction to the communication thereof.
10. Aquahouse Loyalty Card is not a bank card and is not a means of payment.
12. The loyalty card is only valid for Aquahouse Thermal & Beach.
